CM,
I have chronic sleeping problems - probably why I drink - so I would be delighted if nal made me sleepy but alas it does not. It does however make me complacent about a lot of things including visiting the gym. Pre-TSM I went about 5 times per week and now I only go 2-3 times/wk. Oddly, I have lost weight on TSM. I don't think it is muscle mass because I do continue lift weights and have not lost any noticable strength. I attribute it to nal dulling my senses; I suspect that I am eating less without really intending to. I've lost about 7 pounds in six weeks despite chugging more alcohol.
